No, there's more to it than the guide reveals. I could give you a very detailed answer but I'm guessing that you don't want spoilers. Keep asking if you want to know more :)
First of all, playing with pregnancy doesn't change the game all too much. It explores an ideal fantasy where you start a family with your girls and there's additional dialogue and (non-lewd) scenes, amounting to ~20 minutes of additional 'gameplay' in total. If you want to see it all, follow all paths and creampie as often as possible. All 7 girls can be impregnated, though not every instance is explored in detail. Carla's impregnation has the most detail, followed by Rebecca, then Judie, then Lauren. Iris, Jasmine and Aiko can only get impregnated in the epilogue harem ending montage.
(MAJOR SPOILERS) The epilogue is a collection of images without dialogue. It's part of the harem ending, check the official walkthough. Additionally, you need to tell Asmodeus that you don't want to leave anyone behind and you need to follow the path of at least 2 girls, but the more the better. Grabbing the grimoire is irrelevant for this ending, the walkthrough is wrong about this.
Just to throw this in the comments in case my fellow users can't see the review: Absolutely and without question one of the best *games* I've ever played, let alone the unquestioned best lewd game I've ever played. I've laughed myself dizzy, stayed up late from the suspense, and "sweated" plenty with every steamy encounter. I've played it on mobile, and am working on getting every possible run.
Yes, it's that good. Also the Best Character in the game made me frustrated, laugh, cry, and cheer in turns. A real lucky penny with a sharpened edge. But I won't say more about them for fear of spoiling the absolute delight. With a wide cast of characters, personalities, and genuine depth to each of them, if you haven't played it by now, you're doing yourself a disservice. Even if you've got a lower drive, this game is worth it for the story alone. The puzzles are fun and simple with just enough challenge during your first run (A lewd game with puzzles, it really does have it all!), and yet forgiving enough built into the game that if you're playing it for the second, third, or eighth time, you can bypass the longer ones with your stunning insight.

The "forbidden" error often occurs because your download got interrupted, and the temporary mirror that was created for your download time out and closed, returning a forbidden file response when your phone tried to resume the download.
This is with any large download that users temporary mirrors like itch.io

Wow! First, I played Eternum. It made me laugh hysterically, scared me, and, of course, made me hard. It was amazing. But now that I've played this, just wow. Such a great balance. It may not be as thrilling, not as comedic, but it sure is just as spicy, if not more. But what you can't take away from once in a lifetime is how wholesome it is. Somehow you made the questionable subject of harem seem warm and happy while keeping it realistic. Your work is beyond amazing. Thank you for a great experience!
I like the game it's great! But it's the ending, the ending is good but it's just the end.by the time you finish eternum please add something like going back to mitsbury and interacting with the girls going dates or something but no story just that, for us to interact with the characters
I'm sad that it's over too. Even though I don't want to say goodbye, I have to admit that the end left such a good impression that a continuation shouldn't be taken lightly. The game is a great blend of main story and character stories and it's paced really well. Just dumping out additional lewds, even if they're well made, would do it a disservice in my opinion.
If I'd want anything, it's a full blown continuation. More mysteries, more funny situations, more unique interactions. I don't know how all that would even work and the original sets an incredibly high bar to reach. But I've seen at least one - against all odds - incredible continuation to a 'perfect' game before (Outer Wilds); it IS possible.
What I'm hoping is that Caribdis finishes Eternum in ~4 years, then maybe work on something else for ~6 years and then come back to this one to let fond memories live up again. ...I know I'm delusional. Let's just be happy about the good times we have had, hm?
As a bi, I enjoy visual novels targeting men and women. I‘d like to leave a comment and say that this game is great. There‘s a right balance between story and porn. It has substance. The mystery keeps you hooked. Characters are well-rounded. I honestly love how the women never had a ridiculous rivalry. They didn‘t tear each other down and fight over a d**k, which made the ML a lucky sonuvab.
The art is really beautiful. The creator really does a great job at this. Super underrated. Truly a hidden gem. I just discovered itch.io having amazing game creators/developers.
I look forward to your next project(s)! I know Eternum is in development, and I‘ll give that a go soon.
