It's great game ma dude you did a great job bravo give yourself some pat in the back for a great work you created. I love the jokes it gets me all the time, I love the scenes and character designs Iris is my favorite. The plot is awesome and at some points I tend to cover the my eyes because I thought there's going to be a jumpscare😂😂 but fortunately not. This game is just wow great game. I'll stay tune for the next update keep it up man.

I am beyond speechless, how is this game not on top of the recommended list? I only found it after months of playing other VN games and my, oh my. The flow of the story is super smooth and easy to digest, the story being simple but deep. The creepy atmosphere is spot on, humor scenes kept me laughing for moments and this visual novel is literally more than perfection in my heart. Wish I could support but not really in the correct position atm, but hope comments help and keep the great stuff up!!!

Why is it so quiet? Is there no music in the game? I had to add my own it was really bad playing it with no music. Just glad I have over 500mb of other Visual Novel music I can use! I know there is music in your rpy archive (my bad,) so maybe it is because I have just stared it, (Just got the key from Carla,) but even so. The quietness is killing me!
Yeah, there's not much music at the beginning of the game, I'm trying to improve the early sections of the game a bit every update. I recommend playing the second half of the game with its own music though! It gets much better :P

Jesus this game was fantastic. I was iffy at first about this game because I wasn't too impressed by the models but I played through the entire thing in basically one sitting because I was so into the story, which I have to say is a first for me for a porn game. You did a really good job of setting up the proper atmosphere for scenes and some of the creepier scenes were VERY unnerving. The funnier scenes had me smiling the whole way through and I definitely laughed out loud at some of the jokes, and yet everything together felt cohesive and tonally appropriate for their scenes. Over time I actually came around to liking how the models looked, especially in motion too. The characters' dialogues being as charming and enjoyable as they were definitely helped too.
I don't know what else to say, I was so in awe of how enjoyable it was to play through this game I had to come back here to leave a comment about it. Fucking fantastic job dude, can't wait to see what your future endeavours hold.

I just finished the game and waiting patiently for the next update. The story was totally incredible, full of plot twists. And also, i love the intensity of the ending! Originally I started this game and was just going through it but then I decided to look at how the paths were doing with all the characters and I noticed that I lost the story paths for Judie and Carla, I noticed if super early so I figured I'd start over and follow the walkthrough and holy shit I'm glad I did. First off amazing story with some really good twists and the characters are amazing, and secondly the animations are spectacular. I cannot wait for the next update.

Just finished the latest update, but first of all big Fck you man! that’s one quite hard decision you made me do in the end. I know I can save progress but that last scene brought back a depressing memory and I know you’re referencing to that specific game, I wont say what game it is cuz others might guess it and get spoiled lol.
Anyway, the comedy gets even funnier and funnier and the story gets even more interesting. I love how the side characters still appears in the game and has funny moments, their encounters with the MC always makes me laugh. and about Tom and Fat jack, dude I swear I would be very mad if you decide that the effect of the amnesia spray will wear off. I hope they’ll stay like that. also name the girl that always following FJ, I think it would be interesting if you added atleast a short extra about what will happen between them in the end.
and about some bugs and stuff. I don’t remember encountering those, Just some typos here and there. And also, did you forgot to add a gallery tab on the main menu? cuz the only way you can access the gallery is through the actual gameplay. I dunno if you’re planning to add that at the final update of the game or just forgot about it lol.
so yah. thats all. I love the game, the humor, the characters, the story. I love it all, can’t wait for the next update and for your future games. Keep up the fantastic work, man!
As someone who played almost every version of this game, I can tell you that the gallery used to be in the main menu, but it caused problems. Not only the scene replay crashed, because the MC's name was not set, but also there was no way for the game to know which scenes have already been viewed during gameplay and therefore should be unlocked. I believe Caribdis restricted it to in-game menu for this reason.

I tried downloading it, but it says it needs to extract all my files, and I don’t really want to do that, because I have lots of important files and documents. I tried to run it without extracting it but it says that it could not execute. My main question is: Is there some other way to play 0.9 other than downloading it onto my files?
No sorry, it needs to be extracted in order to play it! But if you extract it in a folder and you delete it afterwards, it shouldn't interfere with your other files
Right click on the file you downloaded and select "Extract here" A folder will be created, then you'll be able to run the application (Onceinalifetime.exe) 👍
I love the game. I found another game here that made me laugh. I love the humor in this game all characters are likeable. I wish the MC isn’t treated as a loser tho, Almost all game like this here on itch, people always treat the MC as a loser. I wish you made him a guy that everyone fears because of his devilish looks, Like in the intro, I was assuming that people will judge him by his appearance. the loser MC thing is very cliche imo. also I assume this is some kind of a mistake on animation, remember the scene with iris in the changing room where you can increase the movement? the final faster option’s motion is toooooo fast, it almost looks like their animation is increased 10 times lol.
Anyway. I havent finished the game yet, I love the game so far. Hope it wraps up nicely :D

it seems to be a default model from the engine or something because its the same damn ugly guy in all of these renpy games
the character models are honey select. you don't use ren'py to make the models lol, ren'py is just used for the VN side of things.
