Asking because I enjoy that niche and struggle a bit to find many games that have it due to how passionately some feel about it being in games. If not, no big deal just curious! Haven’t had any luck with googling.
There is no NTR, at least not on any of the routes I followed.
I should clarify: On the routes I've explored, several people attempt to take one of the MC's love interests, but the "harem path" has the MC resist. I suppose if you make a specific choice in one of those moments, a girl could be lost and end up with someone else, but the game considers that a bad thing.
Additionally, the MC can steal someone else's love interest, but I'm not sure if that would fit the definition of NTR-adjacent. It's not a niche I'm very familiar with.
The only NTR paths are your stepmom and your techer.
-I wouldn't consider the stepmom path NTR because your dad is never there and doesn't love her. It's closer to the hentai tag "cheating" than NTR
-The teacher on the other hand is engaged and her fiancee is present. If you follow her path the engagement is broken and if you don't their relationship seems to get better, but if you like you can choose not to follow this path (I haven't finished this path so I don't truly know how it goes)
I didn't get the path in between Iris and Aiko (I believe is Moloch's daughter) si I can't speak for this path
Just completed my first time through this little gem. Fantastic stuff. With all the "in-progress" games of this sort on itch, it's nice to find one with a proper conclusion. That said, I'll definitely be looking into the dev's other game, Eternum, which I understand is still being made. I'm certain it'll be just as good, if not better.

I have this on pc but wanted it on my phone, an android, and I noticed that while I had done the kissing scene with Judie, its not appearing unlocked in the gallery. Is this a normal bug or did I just miss the trigger for its unlock somehow?
I seem to have encountered a glitch where whenever I watch a scene from the gallery and then watch another, when I tap or click on "return" I get redirected to the next scene. If I was watching my newest unlocked scene, a scene that I haven't gotten to in the story will play and unlock itself. I'll then be stuck in a loop every time I try to return and another "future" scene will play. If I close the game and restart to continue the story, going pass the scenes I've unlocked in advance and reach a scene I haven't unlocked yet, that newest scene won't unlock in the gallery. I pretty much have to start over from the beginning if I want to unlock every scene in order. This glitch occurs on Android and my windows laptop.
Edit: I'm really loving this game so far and I wish I played this before Eternum because Eternum just blows this out of the water. Not saying OIAL is a bad in the slightest, I just feel Eternum is a total upgrade. Eternum is my first ever AVN and I'll admit I wouldn't even have bothered trying it out if it wasn't adult, but then I got fully immersed in the story and being adult is just a small bonus. The story, the characters, the music, the comedic timing is all phenomenal. I'm quite eager for the new update.

Was disappointed with how the MC looked compared to the girls, but gotta say the haircut helped lmao. Great game, keep striving.
Terminei o jogo agora,e até caiu umas lágrimas,o final é ótimo,no final que cheguei,levei 5 das garotas,e bem,achei ótimo finalizar assim,o Mike é um ótimo amigo,no fim ele me fez chorar um pouco e depois rir kkkkkk essa visual novel entrega muito mais do que aparenta,é incrível como foi bem feita,eu comecei a jogar Ethernum primeiro,mas acabei esse antes de Ethernum,que ainda estou praticamente na metade. Recomendo os dois.
I just finished the game and got the good ending (I think) and it deadass made me cry. I have no idea how or why I cried, but hopefully that says enough about this game. If you are also interested in playing this game I HIGHLY suggest you dont rush the objectives and always explore the other options.

Hello! I have recently played your game Once in a Lifetime, and I'm gonna be honest, it changed my life. I was just looking for something to jack off to ond reddit, when I stumbled across your game, and I didn't think much of it at first. I started playing, and I immediately liked the story, but as I continued playing, and finishing the game in just one day, this turned out to be one of my favorite, if not my favorite games of all time. I don't usually reach out to creators like this, but this time I am even thinking about donating, because this has simply been amazing. After about 1 third of the game, I didn't even care about the porn scenes at all, I was fully invested in the storyline. Now I have downloaded eternum, and I hope it can live up to my expectations -which are very high-, although I highly doubt it is going to be better than OiaL. Thank you for creating this gem!
I have finished the game for the 2nd time, following the walkthrough this time. And it was epic ^^ I don't know what I love the most. I was laughing a lot during some sequences with Oliver or Stabby Mike. For the story and the protagonists it was great too tough to chose a favorite character. I don't think I could be her friend irl but Jasmine...I don't know. The step-sisters are really cool, each one in her own way. Ok, it's not polished as Eternum. But the story is what it should be : humor with some over the top hilarious moments, some suspense and mystery about who you are and other stuff and ofc some intense sex scenes (I missed a lot of it in my first run ). So, if it's not perfect I had a lot of fun with this game and yes sometimes it's great to have an ending too good to be true :)

I mean "eternum" takes place in the same universe (teased at the end of the game) perhaps that is the "bonus content"

Try their other game, ETERNUM- the animation and story are even better and i do belive that Once in a lifetime is of an EXTREMELY strong caliber
