i come to this everyday looking for a new changelog and release dates lol

heya! apologies for asking, is there a dev log where updates are tracked? I ask specifically because looking at the dev log here I see the last version update was in january, the one before in april, the one before july etc. which implies that another update could drop soon, and I would rather wait till the update drops assuming it is within the next two months

no rush by the way - I just like downloading a game once rather than downloading an update and playing some more, hence the question. I have not tried the game yet, but heard it was great, so I am surprised to see that it is free! thank you for developing this game

I don’t know if this question has been answered, but hypothetically speaking, you’ve already created an Eternum, then some time passes, and you decide to get plastic surgery for whatever reason. Does it change your avatar to match new appearance or does your avatar remain the same?

I truly enjoyed every moment of it, and from the bottom of my heart, I consider it the best visual novel I've experienced in its genre. As strange as it may sound, this was actually my first time playing something like this—and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Thank you for everything.

This is the first game of this type that I have played. It really impressed me. The soundtrack, character modeling, plot and so on are all perfect. It is truly a top-tier game. I really like this game and hope there will be a payment channel in China to support the author.

As a woman, i've been playing this game since 2021. The story is just so good, and it's hilarious! Fan from day one.

Really, really great. The story is amazing, one of the best AVNs I've played, with great scenes as well. I also really liked the cliffhanger at the end, cannot wait for the next update.

Hi dev here is an idea. Since you’re using Virtual Reality with multi universes why don’t you have a few of your own version of well known moves. Chuckles just think when the Movie makers design the movies for us VR player’s 😎 it will be done.

I seem to be still only at the very beginning of this game, I really like many of its moments, incredibly beautiful characters, renders, graphics, character and character communication is also not bad, game design and the idea of the game of Infinity also thought out and implemented very well.

But for me personally there are a few absolutely annoying moments, I understand that they are indicated in the tags but personally I have to literally endure these moments, it is horror moments and absolutely cringe humorous scenes.

Seriously playing a game like this I want to relax and enjoy and not wait for what awaits me in the next scene, a nice romantic moment or a fucking screemer in the same place.

I'm surprised that at the beginning of the game I had a choice whether I wanted to see pregnancy in the game, but there was no choice whether I wanted to see screemers and other not the most pleasant things in the... hentai game.

Overall for me personally this game is a 6/10 so far for the above reasons.

This game is consistently suggested as the best VN, with story,  one can play. And with good reason.

Gotta be honest. I am on my second playthrough and honestly, some Parts are just hilarious. In the first Act just the things with Micaela and the Admiral Ackbar Bit is just great. Honestly at first came for "wanking" stayed for the Story. Without the "Sauce" you could turn this into a Webseries or something because the Story is almost to good to be in a Game made in Ren'Py. 

Hey Caribdis, it's been a while since I played Eternum bc I want that it stays special to me.  You know that I find this game exceptional. tl;dr for anyone who want a review. The game is fun! Compelling story and characters have actual motivation which you don't find in most of porn VN.  Caribdis stepped up the animation quality in the recent updates and the added music set up the mood really good.

the following will have spoilers and are directed towards Caribdis:

I LOVE the Day of the Dead arc. If you remember Caribdis, I asked if you would make sex scenes for Luna bc I love Luna. Not only did you do it but you delivered so good, we Luna Lovers ate our stomachs full. I am grateful for this moment. 

In this arc I tried every alternative route to see what is different. I am still impressed on how you can deliver these Characters as actual people with depth. Even though it's only a ''sex game''. I like to compare your character writing to One Piece, which is PEAK.

I see you step up your animations game. with more interactive gameplay elements and moving backgrounds. It's a nice change of pace. The scene where Nova blows the opponent up in the University Party Arc was unexpected and funny. Looked even better! 

I know this will sound cringe but I LOVE Luna. She is funny, has her quirks and is so DAMN cute. idk how to say it but, for me at least, you made the perfect girlfriend. She is my type it's horrifying.  

I can just say, I'm proud where you take this story after 4years. I was there at the beginning and still stick around bc you have talent as a writer, Caribdis. 

To what I see you don't update Eternum on itch anymore, right? To kill my curiosity, can you tell me what the newest update is on Patreon. I will get it for sure, but for now I cannot afford it.  I'd like to know.

I also appreciate that you make the girls much more hornier for Tairo(how I named him) . The pacing shifted a gear up which I find good. The girls are way more direct with Tairo and overall I think you nailed the Vibes with the girls. 

Playful, cheerful, sexy and cute but serious and creepy sometimes too. For me Eternum has become a show I watch. The writing and animation are solid I cannot stop praising this game. Every update is like a new season of my favourite sex show.

Does the prison ending of Once in a Lifetime mention Calypso? Will the main story of Eternum be connected in the future? Or maybe just an Easter egg?

Caribdis is an absolute genius. I last played the game during the 0.6 update, and coming back after a long break felt like diving into an entirely new world. The improvements, the writing, the atmosphere everything was on a whole new level. It’s easily the best visual novel I’ve ever played, even surpassing My Bully Is My Lover by a notch.

Version 0.8 left me speechless. The ending wasn't just shocking, it was existentially overwhelming. The twists hit so hard and so fast that I just sat there, staring at the ceiling, trying to process everything. My mind was racing, my chest felt heavy, and I couldn't stop replaying each scene in my head. It wasn’t just storytelling, it was psychological warfare wrapped in art. A true masterpiece, through and through.
