Nooooooooo i finished the game. Nooooo. Its so damn good. The Characters, the humour, the story, all scenes. Damn i hope it will go on soon. Thank you for this game. Its the first i play of that kind and im sure it will be hard to top.
Ok.....so i downloaded this game about a month ago or so, and i have played through a few times. (Getting many different angles/storylines etc) If i had one suggestion for anyone playing for the first time, it would be to keep the music ON. I know, i know, i turn off the music on 99% of the games i download, and i did with this one as well, (disregarding Annie's suggestion). What Annie DOESN'T tell you is that many "background noises" are also incorporated with the music... So....yeah, probably keep the music on. Lol
And on a personal note...I absolutely L.O.V.E. this game. I am waiting BREATHLESSLY for the 0.8 update.... I GOTSTA KNOW!! 😆

May contain few spoilers This is the first time I play a game of this kind, and I just wanted to jerk off. But with Annie's introduction and the start on the train scene with that much of text made me actually want to play the game and dive into its lore.
It started playing on Thursday and since it, I could not stop til now and when I was not even playing it got me thinking about it. It is just not porn, it has an actual amazing, intriguing and interesting history.
Also, Caribdis made an amazing job choosing the soundtracks. Each music stick perfectly which every scene and even few known musics like Zanobi made me enjoy very much this experience. I'm looking forward to see new amazing soundtracks for the 0.8 and I hope to see at least few known songs as well.
Another dynamic that I loved is the ability to go back with the mouse wheel in case you fuck up something or miss-clicked something, the "love" menu is also a great implementation and aswell the hability to be able to choose your destiny, the mix of a love history with terror and humour is a very interesting bet, a heist that deserves more appreciation than anything made by Lester, the epic Mexican conversations between victor and Hugo and a lot more of epic things,
But also gotta comment few things that I didn't like at all. For example at the start the music is so damm loud so I just turned it all the way down but thankfully to the intro where Annie tells you to keep the music on I keep it down but to have it compensated with the sounds it had to be like 1/3 of the slider and another thing that I didn't like at all was that at the end it doesn't save so I had to load the autosave before the "segarro amego" had killed me.
That's all I have to complain, the rest is pretty good. Thanks to Caribdis to make this game, and I'm looking forward to see the end of the game.

Continually shocked by the quality here. I have sent (SFW!) screenshots to friends to marvel at what they came from. Did this game I downloaded for the animated scenes just make a totally correct point about accessibility? Yes it did. WTF. Keep it up!

You can be with just one girl, but it's not unreasonable to say that you'll miss half the game, since each girl's path has elaborate side stories. At it's core, this is still a harem game. Most people have their favorites but still find all girls to be very likeable.
EDIT: And yeah, the main story shouldn't be affected by which girl's paths you are on, they will cooperate with you regardless. But each girl's side story also has a bit of main story in it!

Is this mostly a porn game? I see it's extremely highly rated. Just also seems sexually intense and wondering how much more there is to it if you can elaborate a bit! I usually play "clean" VNs but I'm down for a good story if there's explicit content too.
No, this is mostly an epic story with unique and extremely well written characters that each have their own quirks, desires, insecurities, and goals. You form meaningful relationships with them, and there are only 3 instances of "side girls".
You'll find yourself adoring the characters quickly, and by the end you'll be chomping at the bit for the next update just to see the story unfold.
Admittedly it is charged with sexuality but it has never felt (to me, at least) like that is the MAIN focus.
I recall Tuco (The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly) saying when it is time to shoot, shoot, don't talk. And Indiana Jones using the pistol (and Han shooting first). And playing Doom, and making all the demons shoot each other. I was SO hoping this would happen, and it did.
I *NEED* 0.8, life is meaningless to me right now 😭

Sorry dude, but the pillow fort scene is the most life-affirming scene in AVN history. Some big-budget mainstream movie is going to steal that, as soon as one of their peons find it. Alex's life is dark, but the way all of the main characters interact is overwhelmingly positive.
I didn't say there are no feel-good moments in the game. Far from it. All I said was those moments still don't take away the fact that 0.7's ending was an absolute downer moment and I would recommend waiting until 0.8 for it to (possibly) be resolved.
this may seem like an out-of-the-ordinary comment considering the game, but the music in this game is fantastic for the ambiance! When the game started and said the sound and music did lots for the experience I thought "I planned on keeping on anyway but ok" not thinking about it much. I thought maybe the song during the intro would be peak, but no! The soundtrack compiled for this game is so amazing and it bolsters the feel and story more than the pornography and I think that's beautiful. Amazing job creator

Theory time (spoilers ahead for Once In A Lifetime and Eternum)
(Sorry it's a long read)
What if the true ending of once in a lifetime is the one where you go back through the sewers instead of confronting astaroth because it shows you in a cell and you get visited by Astaroth who talks about wanting your help to find calypso and if so you may be able to get your mind back, we know that the two games are connected not just by this but also a few references like president stabb (stabby mike) being mentioned near the beginning.
That's the solid theory so far but that's not too concrete and doesn't really mean anything other than Astaroth wants to find calypso. However what if The Founder is Astaroth because yes Astaroth has different hair colour and style but it's not difficult to imagine that he can alter his appearance and acts differently, this could also explain why he has the ability to grant the item that allows players to keep items no matter what.
Some might think that last one is a stretch but I believe that it could be true based on what we know so far about Eternum however this is all just speculation and could be proved completely false by the next update(s) of eternum or by Caribdis themselves excited to know you guy's thoughts on my theory.
TLDR: Astaroth wants calypso and might be the founder based on evidence so far and we may meet the player from Once In A Lifetime based on what we know.
Orion namedropped Stabby Mike as "Ex-President Stabb" during his intro monologue, making the harem ending canon (as every other ending has Mike dead or brainwashed by Astaroth). Also Cari confirmed it in an earlier comment:
Just know Stabby Mike doesn't die due to the bullet because he has the cross to protect him he fainted because he saw his own blood so your not 100% correct on that bit but yes the brainwashed part is true and I didn't know about the previous comment by Cari my mistake. However I feel like the harem ending being the true ending doesn't mean 100% we won't see the main character in eternum at a point because we don't know how many years Eternum is after Once In A Lifetime as far as I'm aware.
Likely explanation as to why is that importing model data from HS1 (the software OIAL uses for renders) to HS2 (the software Eternum uses for renders) can't be done, so Cari will have to recreate everyone from scratch in HS2 (which is likely a tedious process exacerbated by the fact that he has to significantly age them up because of the second point stated below, so he likely decided to just not bother).
Second, someone on Cari's Discord created a timeline based on the information provided in the game, stating that Eternum takes place 12-14 years after OIAL. Cari himself approved of this timeline and changed some things in the script to reflect it (such as changing the time Ulysses showed up from "a few years ago" to "more than a decade").
