Great game, absolutely love it, but when the new update comes out will I have to start the game over to get back to the point where the game ended? Came for the sex scenes left with the urge to finish the story.
This game is amazing. I was a bit anxious to play it because I LOVED your previous game and was really hoping it would be as good... Turned out it was incredibly better. I litteraly stayed up until 4 am TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW playing your game. I was wasted. But I enjoyed my time so much!
But now I'm sad because I finished the current version on the game, it's ending with an amazing cliffhanger and now everyday I'm craving for more but I can't do nothing but wait.
(Minor spoiler) If I may point out something that bothered me tho, during the magical flashback with Penelope, I'm not sure if her age is coherent. We're supposed to be arround 8 and so she should be around 11. But she's looking way older by her look and attitude. (and the fact that she could be going at a party alone or be trusted to babysit two kids also feels a bit... off).
But I'm clearly just nitpicking here. Your game is absolutly fantastic, beautiful, with a catching story, lovable characters and a really good balance with humour and serious topics. Oh and the music is so good!

this Adult visual novel is unlike any others. others would just have quests of "bring me this and i will let you fuck me" but this is different it builds relationship and not just only focuses on erotic scenes. the main story creeps me out everytime they talk about the mystery of "the founder"
anyway i finished the game yesterday and it kinda pissed me off tbh lol knowing it just released then i already finished it in just a week

Did you pay for it through itch.io? Look at the top right of the page. You'll see your name "Lady SciFi" and an arrow pointing downward. Click the arrow and then click "My library". There will be all of your games that you purchased here listed. From there you can see a button that says "Download" underneath Eternum.

You'll need a ZIP file opening program. I recommend WINZIP or 7z, both are free. After you download it, go to your Downloads folder and double click the Eternum file. A window should open up containing a folder. Drag that folder onto your desktop. After it completes transferring to your desktop double click the folder that is now on your desktop. You should see the Eternum application file. Double click that and it will start.
@Caribdis, i just played the Alex section where you meet her father. At the end there is a beautiful montage where Alex sits in the evening light and there is a beautiful guitar song playing. I cannot stress how much touching and apt it was to close that scene like that.

I will always welcome more girl introductions. They are all perfect and unique. But thats the thing. Keep as many girls as it makes sense and doesn't dilute the uniqueness of their characters.
I have played many Harem galge where many girls were introduced but were clichéd and factory run of the mill kind. That's why lately I have taken a break from J-RPG VN altogether. The stories don't take a risk or tell something memorable apart from dropping random but unsatisfactory "scenes" to pass the Tag category.

Hey Caribdis I really like the game and all but i think there is no need to change the character design, specially the females specifically their face features, specially the eyes!! the characters changed appearance after saving nova from maat in the tomb part. can you changed it back after the next update? i really like the sharp cat eyes with the hint of red eye shadow thanks!!

Mr. Hernandez is hands down the best character. You are a good and funny writer. He is kind of like a parody of the scary dad stereotype. Knife in the stomach fake blood. Adventurous dude. Reminds me of the owner of a climbing gym I used to know. I have a feeling that the character is based off of a fun chill person with a good sense of humor.
Just a theory, but seeing as how all of the jokes are character based and unexpected af, I think Thanatos is probably going to end up being Chang or something unexpected like that lmao

Current update is 0.4, so pretty sure it'll go to 1.0 like OILT.
The game will go beyond 1.0, so it’ll take a few years to be completed. There’s a lot of updates left

no, your saves will stay right where they are. unless you have no saves whatsoever then you must start over.
