As a fan of your games I very look forward to this new game of yours! But I have some suggestions. I hope you could be able to avoid a deus ex machina esque type of ending such as the one in once in a lifetime. It was good and all but it felt too much of a chosen one or child of the prophecy type of story which made it pretty predictable. I could assume that this game would go through a similar route yet differrnt. It would also be great if you avoid making it feel like the mainstream isekai harem genre since the game already feels isekai ish and obviously has a harem. I wouldn't mind whatever you would do with the game since this is your world and you can do whatever want to, these are just some of my suggestions. If you've already planned everything out then please don't bother trying to take these suggestions to heart.
Also when I try to check on the points of a character it sucks me in there and doesn't let me out, just a small bug I found that would probably be easy to fix (or not, coding is a pain)
I have troubles expressing how much I have been mesmerized by both this and Once in a Lifetime. Its shocking how entertaining and touching both stories are. You actually can feel the love between the MC and the girls and this is not sth easy to achieve in a hentai game after all. I think the best review you can get about this type of game has already been said multiple times "The game is so good it could do without the H content" :) I consider myself a tough guy when it comes to feeling emotions and no other book/movie/game got to me like the ending of Once in a Lifetime. Something like that really happens once in a lifetime (how ironic and true). If you like I could help (for free) with translation of both games to Polish (perhaps not a popular language, but I believe all people should have a chance to live through this masterpiece of a script) of which I am a native. I have a CAE certification to make sure no subtle jokes or situations get skipped and machine translation would be a crime to say the least.

Of course it is a colossal amount of work, it's a translation after all. People expect it to be easy thinking "how hard can it be to just change the language" and even if they finish you end up with something bleak and bland. A proper translation requires not only language skills but also situational approach. You can't translate jokes as they are, you need to adjust them to language background.(The same applies to drubbings and believe me, our polish Shrek rolls over the English version) I'm not expecting it to take me a day :D TBH the worst ones to translate are technical manuals because you need to understand the technology the manual describes and you cant loos the meaning during the translation process. What I am asking for is a chance to prove to you not all translators fail a quest like that.
You know, there's a lot right with this and Once in a Lifetime but one of the things that most get wrong is the MC. Why does the MC look like he's just finished up a 3 week meth binge? I sincerely wish more effort would be put into making the MC looking at least normal. Cool, you gave him a shredded body, but the face just got phoned in.
Now if I can be a bit more serious here, I really liked Eternum so far, the scary parts gave me literal chills, the funny parts feel organic and natural, that make them even funnier, like the Dark Souls gag, the premise and the exploration of it, just by showing the Cyberpunk world with Annie and then the Medieval World with Dalia, you know you have an enormous potential for the premise, the music is as good as it was on OiaL, the characters feel natural, you remember them, you stop thinking about them as code lines and start doing it as people, with their problems and their goals.
Watch out! Here come Caribdis with ANOTHER masterpiece, I just expected a scene with Dalia or Annie tbh, btw keep the good work and give us ANOTHER masterpiece like you always do

It's funny, the story is great, the creepiness is genuinely chilling, and the porn scenes are just pure art- the music score just tops everything off, too, it's absolutely amazing. I'm expecting a 10/10 when it's finished.
On the note of music, are some of these tracks original? The twinkle twinkle little star version is one I've never heard of, and the song during the Eva scene was so good that I was just as much emotionally invested in the scene as I was... uh... otherwise invested. I've looked for a full version of the song all over the internet but have found nothing.
Best visual novel ever! I'm very interested in a "free playing" mode after the story ends, for example, randomly pick two girls and have a threesome session. It would also be great if the OnceInALifeTime has this mode added. Very much looking forward to more to come! XD

From personal experience when I was younger, I was told a friend of my parents that I knew, had died in his sleep... turned out years later it was a suicide by hanging due to depression, and I was being protected from the darker truth.. I suspect that's what may be revealed in a later chapter...
It's no secret that his death was connected to his "excommunication". It's been established that even the government doesn't lay their hands on whatever happens inside. Whether it be out of fear or cooperation with Eternum. Whatever the case, this will be a great game.
This game, just like "Once In A Lifetime" is amazing! If anything I personally like this type of setting a little more. I love the idea of an SAO/ Ready Player One sort of MMORPG, and just from what we've seen so far I can already tell the story is gonna to be interesting. The animations and just the visuals in general are so well done, and i feel you can definently see your experience from making your last game in this. (Tbh, it's kinda hard to believe this is being made by 1 person). I will definently be checking out the updates to come, and will probably be checking the patreon out too...

A ton of effort went into making this a pleasurable experience. The humor always hits you at the best moments and it doesn't feel excessive and it doesn't feel out of place. I see why you recommended to keep sounds and music on. From what I see, this has the potential to become one of the best porn games I've played, and I've played several. Good job and good luck.
Honestly came for the porn but stayed for the lore. Cant wait to see this shit completed! Also, if im not wrong, were you inspired by Ready Player One? They seem to have a similar plot. And im sure there will be unpredictable twists. All in all there is massive potential in this game.

After I finished playing Once in a Lifetime. I was eagerly waiting to play this. I started playing as soon as it was out, and I just have to say- I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It didnt feel to short for a first release. It had about 3-4 hours of gameplay. Secondly, the models didnt disappoint. THEY ARE STUNNING. I fell for every one of them. Third, the animations were so smooth at every point in the game and felt really immersive. I just loved them and I cant wait to see more im the next release! Oh also, the humour was absolutely on point. I loved the Once in a Lifetime references and would love even more of them in the future. I also loved the minigame that was there towards the end, that was fun. Lastly, your taste in music is good. I think the music and sfx were well done. Keep up the amazing work mahn!

YES!!! You did it again....everything from the humour to the h-scene was absolutely on point just as we have come to love from you...my only gripe being the lack of milfs. I love milfs. In the case of OiaLT we were introduced to 2 milfs right off the bat...Nancy is adorable...but I need MOAR...so fingers crossed...can't wait for next version...0.2 can't come soon enough...keep doing your thing!!!

more likely the plot involves a deadly secret when excommunicated from the game. seems to follow a lot better than being stressed.
