So.... I have literally ZERO problems with this game thus far. It is nothing shy of perfect, not here to leave a review. Everything I love about the game has probably been said thousands of times over. Maybe at some point in the future when the game's story is mostly completed and I finish it, I would write a review on it. Just one thing I'd like to ask for in the next update is if you could make it so that the girls' gallery portraits aren't bonded, and we can have something like outfit 3 for girl 1, outfit 5 for girl 3 and outfit 2 for girl 6, for instance. It kinda sucks that they're locked in a chain, and also if one or more girls don't have the same number of outfits as one you choose for someone else, they default to outfit 1.
And then there are just grammar things and way things are said which I think could be improved upon, made to be spoken or flowing more naturally, and overall improve the experience of this game I've enjoyed playing more than 99% of games in the last few years, erotic or not, but it's not strictly necessary. I love this game though, and have plenty of free time, sometimes.. (It depends honestly) and I'd love to go thru the game from the beginning to the end of where the game's progress is currently (In my playthrough rn, I'm just about to be going to the dinner thing with all the big shots), and just give some personal thoughts and opinions, as well as more objective corrections and stuff. And I'm not asking to be paid at all. It's a free game and I appreciate and respect that. I'm truly lucky to be able to play this game without spending a dime. I really really REALLY love this game. And I'm not ready for it to be over, but alas all good things come to an end... But still... I'd love if development both game/feature-wise and also story/path/relationship-wise, could go beyond just 1.0 or when the "non-sexual" climax is reached XD hahaha. And if you could have some way to keep playing the game past a "The End" screen, I'd love that. Not just in an epilogue sense, but that'd be cool too. I'll probably end up just taking this feedback to patreon/subscribestar though, for a better chance to be heard lol. Especially as there's a lot I want to expand on with that in mind.

This visual novel wrecked me in the best possible way. The writing? On par with Hollywood-level storytelling. The characters? Deep, lovable, and real. The humor? HYSTERICAL. The emotional moments? Had me clutching my heart like I was in a soap opera.

You take those 5 stars, then you multiply that by 5. That's how I rate this masterpiece. Practically everything about this AVN is perfect. It is simply the best Harem AVN ever written.
Caribdis took the classic incest trope and told it to fuck off.
MC begins by moving in with a woman who used to babysit him, her two daughters, and his best friend from back home. Along the way he ends up making more friends. But the way this is all handled is refreshing, original even. None of this renaming mom to landlady bullshit.
The world that Caribdis is building in this story is nothing short of breathtaking. So many highly detailed realms are written in, and displayed visually, that this story feels like an epic hero's journey that would normally be reserved for bestseller fantasy authors. The characters all have unique personalities, with some interesting back stories to go with them. You simply can't help but fall in love with each of the women MC plays with.
While there are times in the story that game elements are sprinkled in for the sake of giving the reader a sense of being involved with those points in the story, for the most part, the choices made only affect the relationships, which unlock lewd scenes. It doesn't affect the overall story. Personally I like it this way. I am not a fan of multiple choice stories with a bunch of endings, or stories that make you choose a single love interest early on so you have to follow a certain path.
The visuals (renders, models, backdrops, animations) are completely spectacular. Every render mixed with perfect dialogue conveys emotions of the characters in an easy to empathize kind of way.
I tried to think of negatives to try to make this review not seem like I am all over Caribdis' jock, but the truth is I can't. Caribdis is in my top 5 of the best authors for AVNs. He sets the platinum standard for visual story telling. Seriously, you could turn Eternum into an HBO epic TV show. It would be better than Game of Thrones. Just my opinion.
Not being able to fuck Regina at the college party is a crime, this game is awesome dude, seriously, but it miss a couple of good oportunities to hit with secondary girls, like if We go to see Regina we lose Penny path, would not be cool at least to hit with Regina in exchange?
(I know you probably do it that way so you can see everything in an "ideal" route, but then whats the point of routes if theres one correct route and the rest are just worst?)
Anyway this game is really awesome and an improve in every aspect from Once in a Lifetime, heads up!

No you can keep your saves and play the game from where you finished but I recommend playing the game from the start it's much better that way and more immersive and seriously it's worth it every time a new update come out I play the whole game over again and every time is better than the last trust me on that but everyone has his preferred style so if you want to play from where you stopped that's up to you 😁
I finally played and finished your game ONCE IN A LIFETIME. It was one of if not the best game i ever played. I felt a great sadness when it ended because I wished it could go on forever. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece.
Bro, I also finished ONCE IN A LIFETIME with the harem ending but after that, I felt super empty in my heart. I missed Lauren and Judie, I don't know. I feel like I'm in the game. Cool storyline and I will play the game all over again just to see Lauren and Judie hehehehe. I love Caribdis Games.

Best bet is to get the walkthrough and see which paths you missed there. And make sure to follow every choice there!

The game is designed in a way that you could see all lewd scenes in just a single playthrough if you play well enough. Having mutually exclusive love interests would violate that principle.

No you can keep your saves and play the game from where you finished but I recommend playing the game from the start it's much better that way and more immersive and seriously it's worth it every time a new update come out I play the whole game over again and every time is better than the last trust me on that but everyone has his preferred style so if you want to play from where you stopped that's up to you 😁
